Les Mills/Turbofire Hybrid Schedule - Phase Two

Phase Two is challenging as you get into the longer Les Mills PUMP workouts.  You will see big changes in your muscle tone if you lift heavy enough weights.  I alternated between 10 lbs on each side and 12.5 lbs on each side depending on the set.  You can purchase additional Les Mills PUMP weights at www.sanityfitness.com, or you can buy them at Walmart.  TurboFire has just added the Firestarter Kit for additional HIIT workouts that are low-impact, but still high intensity!

    Monday - Fire 55 EZ, Stretch 10
    Tuesday – Pump & Shred,
    Wednesday – Fire 30, Hard Core Abs, Stretch 10
    Thursday – Pump & Shred
    Friday - Fire 55 EZ, Stretch 10
    Saturday – Pump & Shred, Hard Core Abs
   
Week Seven:
    Monday - Fire 55 EZ, Stretch 10
    Tuesday – Pump & Burn, Hard Core Abs
    Wednesday – Fire 30, Flow, Stretch 10
    Thursday – Pump Revolution
    Friday - Fire 55 EZ, Stretch 10
    Saturday – Pump & Shred, Hard Core Abs

Week Eight:
    Monday - Fire 45 EZ / Stretch 10
    Tuesday – Pump Extreme
    Wednesday – Core 20, Stretch 40
    Thursday – Pump & Shred
    Friday - Fire 30 / Stretch 10
    Saturday – Pump Extreme

    Monday - HIIT 20 / Stretch 10
    Tuesday – Pump Revolution
    Wednesday – HIIT 20, Stretch 10
