I love summer. I love that it is roughly 90 days according to the old Countrytime Lemonade commercials. I may be remembering that wrong. What I love is that I can sleep in 15 minutes longer than when school is in session (I have early risers). I love that we don't have to BE anywhere, and I love that it is just enough time to get in a 90 day Beachbody Workout program.
There are so many to choose from that anyone can do them. Even a 40 year old stay-at-home-mom. See, here is the thing. I'm not looking for washboard abs at my age, but I want to do something fun so that I can prove to myself that I'm not OLD. At least I don't wear shoulder pads, yet.
