Beachbody Ultimate Reset - Day 7

The week has been hard to follow the Ultimate Reset, mostly because I usually eat pretty similarly to what the reset advocates.  I just didn't feel like trying a lot of new foods and you can stick to the same meals over and over as long as it is within the same week.  

I have noticed a decrease in the swelling in my legs, my skin is clearer, and I'm down 5 lbs.  All that is good.  I have a lot of energy and am sleeping well.  My goal is to keep focusing on eating clean this week in spite of the various events I have going on.  

I am excited to see what the next week brings.  I have renewed energy for losing more weight.  I have been at a plateau for quite a while, so that's a good thing!  While I haven't been dieting at all, I am officially 25 lbs less than I was last summer at this time.  I'm also a great deal healthier and happier!
