Beachbody Ultimate Reset - Day One



Today I am starting the Beachbody Ultimate Reset.  In the book for this week, they have me transitioning off of meat and dairy, and week two I am supposed to go Vegan.  Fortunately, they have a Vegan option in their online portal because I would rather stick with eating that way.  I'm feeling fine, though hungry because I haven't had breakfast.  The program requires taking some of the supplements about a half an hour prior to eating breakfast, so I am in that window.   I forgot to take my before pictures last night, so I will get that done today, as well as measurements.
